Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Secara aktif mencari dan mengidentifikasi peluang bisnis baru (B2B) melalui cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn (social selling), dan networking events.
  • Client Acquisition & Pitching: Melakukan presentasi dan penawaran layanan rekrutmen (Headhunting & Outsourcing) kepada prospek (terutama level HR Manager, Talent Acquisition, atau C-Level).
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Mengelola dan memelihara pipeline penjualan dengan baik (mulai dari leads, meeting, proposal, hingga closing).
  • Needs Analysis: Berkonsultasi dengan calon klien untuk memahami tantangan rekrutmen mereka dan menawarkan solusi yang disesuaikan (tailored solutions) dari layanan kami.
  • Contract Negotiation: Menyusun proposal komersial, bernegosiasi terkait biaya (fee) layanan, syarat & ketentuan kontrak, dan memastikan closing sesuai target.
  • Account Management (Awal): Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan klien baru untuk memastikan transisi yang mulus ke tim operasional/rekruter, serta membuka peluang upselling/cross-selling.
  • Market Intelligence: Terus memperbarui pengetahuan terkait tren pasar tenaga kerja, industri kompetitor, dan kebutuhan talenta saat ini (terutama di sektor IT/Perbankan/Keuangan jika relevan dengan fokus Anda).

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan: Minimal Gelar Sarjana (S1) dari berbagai jurusan (Bisnis, Manajemen, Komunikasi, Psikologi, TI, SI).
  • Pengalaman: Minimal 2-3 tahun pengalaman dalam B2B Sales, Business Development, atau Account Management.
  • Pengalaman Industri (Sangat Diutamakan): Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di Agency Recruitment, Headhunter, Konsultan SDM akan menjadi nilai tambah yang sangat besar.
  • Networking: Memiliki jaringan profesional yang luas dan koneksi ke para pengambil keputusan (HR Director, TA Manager, VP of HR, Founders) di berbagai industri.
  • Keahlian Berkomunikasi: Kemampuan negosiasi, presentasi, dan komunikasi interpersonal yang luar biasa (dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris).
  • Agresif & Target-Oriented: Memiliki rekam jejak yang terbukti dalam mencapai atau melampaui target penjualan (sales quota).
  • Tech-Savvy: Terbiasa menggunakan LinkedIn (Sales Navigator/Recruiter), CRM tools (seperti HubSpot, Salesforce), dan alat produktivitas lainnya.
  • Karakter: Mandiri, memiliki inisiatif tinggi, resilient (tahan banting terhadap penolakan), dan memiliki mental hunter.
