Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct production support, both for managing application performance and managing application environment.
- Ensure support service performance to meet the defined targets.
- Communicate with requestor and/or incident reporter in all served Division/Business Units.
- Provide change impact analysis input for any new change request
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/any related major.
- Having knowledge in SAP FI/CO/MM/SD/HR/BASIS/ABAP/other SAP Module
- Excellent analytical skill
- Strong communication skills to interact with project managers and cross-functional teams.
- Having knowledge in business process.
- Minimum 1-5 years in related position.
