About the Role

Within our Commercial & Merchandising team, we focus on curating the right products, optimizing pricing and promotions, and delivering seamless shopping experiences.

As a Commercial / Merchandising Professional, you will support day-to-day operations across product management, campaign execution, and sales performance monitoring. You will collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure smooth execution while learning how commercial strategies translate into real business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Support daily activities in commercial or merchandising operations, including product, pricing, and promotion coordination.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing reports or basic analysis.
• Help manage product listings, assortment updates, and campaign execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to ensure smooth execution.
• Support vendor or brand communication for day-to-day operational needs.
• Assist in identifying trends, customer preferences, and improvement opportunities.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, or materials for internal discussions.
• Take part in projects or initiatives to support business growth and commercial performance.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in commercial, merchandising, or business-related roles are welcome.
• Strong interest in e-commerce, retail, and commercial strategy.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
