Tax Officer

• Handle tax calculations and management across company transactions, including invoices and payments
• Run PPh 21/23 calculations and reconciliations for employees and tutors each period
• Manage withholding tax documents from collection and verification through to filing
• Record and journal tax transactions into the ERP system accurately and on time
• Prepare supporting data and documentation for company tax reporting needs
• Assist in drafting the company's fiscal financial reports, including asset recaps, balance sheets, and general ledgers
• Monitor and ensure tax compliance in line with applicable regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams (finance, payroll, and operations) on tax data requirements
• Support the implementation and development of the tax module within the ERP system
• Conduct simple tax analyses to support planning and efficiency

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting or tax
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax fundamentals (PPh 21, PPh 23, and VAT)
• Familiar with accounting journals and financial statements
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, and basic logic)
• Hands-on experience handling payroll tax
• Brevet A & B certification is a plus
• Familiarity with Coretax, DJP Online, e-Faktur, or any ERP system is a plus
