Role Purpose
As a Business Admin, you will act as the operational backbone for the Partner Relations (PR) and Business Development (BD) teams—ensuring all client-related processes, data, and documentation are well-organized, tracked, and executed efficiently.
This role is critical in maintaining a structured revenue pipeline and ensuring no business opportunities are missed.
Key Responsibilities
- 📊 Pipeline & Data Management
Maintain and update client & brand database
Track deal progress (prospect → meeting → closing → execution)
Manage and organize brand listings & opportunities from PR and BD
Prepare weekly pipeline reports for Business Head
Prepare Business Documents
Proposals
Quotations
Agreements / Contracts (in coordination with legal)
Ensure completeness of client documentation
Support onboarding process for new clients
Assist PR Team In
Brand listing
Inputting client requirements
Assist BD Team In
Scheduling meetings
Preparing meeting summaries
Act as liaison between: 👉 PR – BD – Operations – Finance
Generate Reports On
Incoming deals
Closed deals
Revenue per client
Monitor campaign progress with internal teams
Support performance evaluation of ongoing projects
Qualifications
1–2 years experience in:
Business Admin / Sales Admin / Account Support
Strong Proficiency In
Google Sheets / Excel (high attention to detail is a must)
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills (cross-team coordination)
Fast response and strong follow-up mindset
Ideal Profile
Detail-driven and structured
Strong sense of ownership over data accuracy
Not ideation-heavy, but execution-focused
Reliable in maintaining systems and processes
