As
Customer Lifecycle Management Jr. Officer you'll responsible for managing and optimizing customer communications across multiple digital channels to drive engagement, retention, and conversion. This role focuses on executing CRM campaigns using data‑driven segmentation, testing, and performance analysis while ensuring consistent brand messaging throughout the customer journey.
What You'll Work On
- Manage, execute, and optimize customer communication campaigns across digital channels, including: Push Notifications, Email Newsletters, WhatsApp Broadcasts and Campaigns
- Plan, schedule, and deploy CRM campaigns based on campaign objectives and customer lifecycle stages.
- Operate CRM and marketing automation tools to execute campaigns accurately and on time.
- Perform user segmentation to target the right audience with relevant messaging.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, and Product teams to align CRM messaging with overall business and marketing strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing on campaign elements such as copy, CTA, visuals, and send time.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion rate, etc.).
- Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensure all customer communications follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer engagement and lifecycle effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Diploma holders are welcome to apply).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools such as MoEngage or similar platforms.
- Experience or basic knowledge of Push Notification & Email Marketing platforms, WhatsApp Business API.
- Basic copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear and engaging customer messages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
- Basic data analysis skills using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and customer‑centric mindset.
(This role will start as a 6 month contract based for a Full Time position, without additional probation period)
