Data Analyst Intern (CRM Department)

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Intern to support our CRM team in transforming data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, identifying patterns, and contributing to customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing customer data to identify trends and insights
• Support CRM campaigns by tracking performance and reporting results
• Clean, organize, and validate data for accuracy and consistency
• Create dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams to optimize customer journey
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer retention and engagement

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business, or related field
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools is a plus
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Able to commit for at least 6 months
