Main Responsibility

To accord personalize and prompt service to all VIP guest from arrival to departure, to provide all hotel guest and patron, courteous, tactful and efficient service.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Some experience in customer service or guest relation
  • Pleasant personality
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of computer / recent / relevant technology equipment and usage
  • Able to work flexible hours
