Job Purpose
To lead and strengthen an integrated Quality, Environment, Safety & Health (QESH) system, with primary accountability for ensuring the highest food safety standards across all products and processes. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, Coca-Cola Operating Requirements (KORE), and corporate guidelines, while safeguarding product integrity and consumer trust.
The role drives capability building, oversees safe commercialization of new products, and fosters a strong food safety and safety culture across operations, route-to-market, and third parties—ensuring consistent, compliant, and efficient operations in support of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Leadership: Set direction and provide oversight for QESH and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) across the organization and value chain.
- System Management: Establish, implement, and continuously improve management systems aligned with regulations, corporate standards, and Coca-Cola Operational Requirements (KORE).
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to Indonesian legislation and internal policies for all operations, including employees and external partners.
- Capability Building: Develop organizational capabilities through Supply Chain Academy, Engineering Services, and Quality Systems.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee product commercialization and process optimization to maintain efficient, effective, and disruption-free operations.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster a strong safety-first culture across in-house operations and route-to-market activities.

Career Experience & Qualifications
Education Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Biological Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- 8 -10 years of experience in an FMCG environment, preferably within the beverage or food industry.
- 4 - 5 years of experience in Quality and/or Health & Safety in a senior or equivalent leadership role
