We are looking for someone who understands not only influencers, but also brand behavior, audience psychology, and campaign strategy that creates real impact.
As an Influencer Strategist, you will help brands find the right creators, build effective influencer strategies, and ensure every collaboration aligns with the brand’s persona and objectives.
Responsibilities
• Understand brand persona, target audience, and campaign objectives
• Analyze and recommend suitable influencers based on audience, image, engagement, and behavior
• Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned with brand needs
• Identify patterns from previous campaigns (accepted/rejected influencers, performance insights, etc.)
• Collaborate with Creative, Campaign Lead, and Business Development teams
• Help improve campaign quality, effectiveness, and impact
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media culture
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good sense of branding, storytelling, and audience behavior
• Communicative and able to work collaboratively across teams
• Detail-oriented while maintaining execution speed
• Experience in influencer marketing or campaign strategy is a plus
