About The Role
Blibli OMG is part of Blibli’s expanding retail ecosystem, focused on driving product performance and brand growth across our omnichannel platforms. As a Junior Product Marketing, you will support the Product Manager in managing assigned brands by assisting with sales planning, monitoring product performance, and ensuring healthy inventory levels to meet business targets.
In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and principals to support product launches, pricing strategies, and overall business plans. You will also help ensure smooth execution from purchasing to sell-out, while maintaining accurate data and supporting day-to-day commercial operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support Product Manager in managing assigned brands and their overall performance
- Assist in preparing sales forecasts, buying plans, and stock allocation strategies
- Monitor sales, inventory, and stock levels to ensure healthy WOS (Weeks of Supply)
- Identify slow-moving or aging stock and support action plans to improve sell-through
- Coordinate with principals on product launches, pricing, and promotional activities
- Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, claims, and commercial documentation
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth execution from ordering to sell-out
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Product Marketing, Category Management, Key Account, Retail Buying, or Merchandising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Strong commercial mindset and business acumen
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Strong coordination skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
