The Day-to-Day Activities:

1. Ensure the achievement of sales target for KPR Products
2. Processing the Acquisition of targeted new customer (mortgage) with build partnership with Developers and Branches
3. Increase cross selling between lending and funding product
4. Ensure the loan process in line with the policy and regulation
5. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external loan support
6. Providing premium customer service
7. Maintaining good relations and providing appropriate banking solution
8. Providing referrals for new developers, property agent or other referral source

The Must-Have:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree
2. Min 2 years experience as Mortgage Sales/ RM Consumer
3. Good knowledge of banking lending and Consumer
4. Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
5. Good at selling/influencing
6. Good Analytical Skills
