SAP Warehouse Administration

Job Scope:

• Input and monitor inbound and outbound transactions in SAP (goods receipt, transfer posting, goods issue) for every movement of goods in the warehouse.
• Coordinate with the warehouse operations team (checkers, pickers, leaders) to ensure receiving, putting away, picking, packing, and shipping processes are correctly recorded in SAP.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of SAP-based processes.
• Create, update, and verify documents such as purchase orders, goods receipts, and others in SAP.

Job Requirements:

• Able to process data using Microsoft Excel (lookup, pivot, filter) for inventory analysis and inventory movement.
• Thorough, communicative, and able to collaborate with field teams.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse/logistics environment as an SAP administrator, WMS administrator, or similar position.
