Job Description:

Develop software solutions by analyzing user requirements, system flow, data usage, and business processes while following the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Develop, enhance, and maintain both in-house and on-site applications.
Create and execute unit testing to ensure application quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in application development, troubleshooting, and system enhancement.
Design application workflows using flowcharts, UML, or other software design methodologies.
Utilize AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision making.
Design, deploy, or manage AI agents and multi-agent systems for complex and goal-oriented task execution.
Produce clear and maintainable code along with proper technical documentation, diagrams, flowcharts, and code comments.
Investigate technical issues and propose effective software solutions.
Continuously update technical knowledge by learning modern development tools, programming techniques, and emerging technologies.
Participate in knowledge sharing, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1+ year of experience in application development using Golang and/or Java.
Experience in implementing and managing MongoDB databases, including query optimization.
Experience in designing application flows using Flowcharts, UML, or other software design tools.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Golang. (nice to have if you familiar with Java)
Experience with MongoDB.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with unit testing practices.
Knowledge of AI tools, workflow automation, or AI agent implementation is an advantage.
Understanding of API integration and backend development concepts is preferred.
