System Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze business and system requirements to support operational and project needs.
• Handle MCU business inquiries related to systems, including Corporate Portal, deeplink, and system enhancement requests.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot system-related issues.
• Conduct system testing, implementation, and user training as part of project delivery.
• Manage data processing, analysis, and reporting to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system integration and process improvement.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in System Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis.
• Knowledge of IT systems, API, database, and system integration.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experienced in project delivery, implementation, and user support.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
